How does membership work?

Purchase a membership for one month of included services (view plans). No commitment required. Your membership will automatically renew unless you cancel.

What is the "Multi Booking” feature?

Enjoy multiple bookings on the calendar at a time. For example, keep a recurring appointment every two weeks for as long as you would like.

How often should I book?

Your first visit should be a Haircut for the complete experience, including consultation. We recommend a Cleanup every 2-3 weeks to always maintain your best look.

What is the difference between Grooming, Cleanup, and a Haircut?

Grooming services include all facial services, such as electric shave or straight razor shave, beard trim, eyebrow cleanup, towel treatment, massage, and styling.
Cleanup is an express hair service appointment in between regular haircut appointments with a focus on maintenance.
Haircut is a full service haircut appointment, including consultation, wash, cut, towel treatment, massage, and styling.

Do you take walk-ins?

Subject to barber availability, we are happy to take walk-ins. Simply download the app, create a profile, and book an appointment on the spot.

What are your hours of operation?

Monday - Sunday from 9am-8pm. We are offering extended hours selectively to accommodate our members’ schedules. Please check the Trim & Proper app for real-time availability.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require 4 hours notice for all cancellations to avoid charging a cancellation fee of $10.

What is your late policy?

Please let us know if you are running late. We will do our best to accommodate you depending on the service, however, being late more than 5 minutes runs the risk of a no-show fee.

How do I upgrade my membership?

Please open the Trim & Proper App and navigate to Account Settings / Buy Memberships / and select your desired membership. Once purchased, navigate to Active Memberships and turn-off the membership you no longer wish to have. We will issue a refund for any overlap to avoid double charges.

How do I cancel my membership?

Please open the Trim & Proper App and navigate to Account Settings / Active Memberships / and turn off Auto-Renew.
